Aliens

So I fell into the ancient aliens rabbit hole today. Should we be concerned that in the last 7 years multiple governments across the world have declared UFOs are actually a thing that they've been studying them, even China and Japan. That they do not know what they are. And then there are several higher ranking officials who have retired, in different countries who have discussed that UFO/UAPs are actually extraterrestrial contact and the reason the government will not tell us that there are aliens is because the aliens don't want them to. That much like Star Trek they are a United Federation and don't think that people are ready for them. So follow me a little further down the rabbit hole. We've been shown that NATO and other groups are looking to create a new world order. Are we creating a new world order in order to join the United Federation of Planets? Have we reached some Star Trek level shit and should we be concerned? If our government has already had first contact I think that we should be concerned because it's not like they have historically had our best interest at heart while making decisions. Are they finally releasing tiny chunks of information to slowly ease humans into acceptance? Gently removing the blindfold instead of just ripping off the bandaid? So many questions so few answers, well off to get sidetracked by something else now.
